Booking and payment conditions

Cancellation:
The terms of the international hotel regulation applies upon cancellation.
An empty bed fee (with late arrival or early departure) is calculated by subtracting breakfast and dinner (14.50 euros) from the daily price in the booked category.

Means of payment:
Cash, EC-card and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Cards are accepted exclusively for hotel services. Ski school, ski passes or other expenses can only be paid for in cash. Bank connection for pre-payments: Sparkasse Imst, bank code 20502, account number 0200-011146 IBAN: AT 86 20502 002000 11146 BIC: SPIMAT 21.

Overnight stay/Breakfast:
We grant a discount of 8 euros per person per day for an overnight stay with only breakfast included.

Short stay surcharge:
For a stay of 3 days and less we calculate a surcharge of 10%.

Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 15h00. Should you arrive after 18h00, we politely request you to inform us by telephone, e-mail or fax. For a late arrival (after 22h00) it is possible to order a cold platter and mineral water in your room.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated at 11h00.
